Tips for Overcoming Hearing Back
Did you know that without us knowing a lot of our organs work 24 hours non-stop? Ridge is one of them.
In the sleep state, back still carrying out its functions to always maintain our posture.
Remembering back to work for 24 hours, we often forget to give attention. Try to count how many times you exercise per week, feel stressed or how many minutes you are standing or sitting in a day?. All the answers to these questions are very related to the health of your back.
Ridge is composed of 24 bones called vertebrae UAH (spine). Each vertebrae is separated from one another by pads of cartilage or discs. This whole series of vertebrae forming three natural arch, which resembles the letter S.
Curved top segment also called cervical (neck), then followed by thoracic segment (back middle) and the bottom of the lumbar (lower back). Curved lumbar duty to support the weight of the entire body and movement.
A good posture will protect us from injury when the motion because the burden is spread evenly throughout the spine.
Component back
Back muscles are supported by the back, abdomen, hips and legs strong and flexible. All of these muscles serves to hold to the spine and discs remain in normal position. Weakness in one muscle will increase the tension on other muscles and eventually lead to back problems.
Discus. Bearing bones cartilage that serves as a drag shocks there are between the vertebrae, allowing the joints to move smoothly. Each disc has a spongy middle (little hollow) and a hard exterior and contains nerve fibers to pain.
There is also a fluid that flows into and out of the discs. This fluid serves as a lubricant allowing the backs to move freely. A healthy disc is elastic, easy to back into shape when pressed between the two vertebrae.
At the time of sleep, very little liquid coming out of the discs. That is why we often experience muscle stiffness when just woken up. Sudden movement made just woken up when a back injury can result.
Many people do not realize that they really always hire back every time sitting, standing or lying down. So back to work non-stop for 24 hours a day. Poor posture, obesity (obesity) and less true movement for many years, will result in abnormalities in the muscles and discs, and even back pain can result.
Some of the abuse back:
1. Stress
His back is very sensitive to muscle tension from everyday stress. In the state of weak and stiff, your back muscles have spasms (seizures). This condition causes the blood flow that carries oxygen to be blocked, so that muscle oxygen deficiency. As a result, patients experience more severe pain if not dealt with your doctor immediately.
2. Poor posture
Incorrect posture causes the curvature of the spine is not in a straight line so easily injured and cause premature abnormalities in the discs. Discus fragile no longer able to cushion the vertebrae. Abnormalities due to bad posture that is too curved spine to the front or rear.
3. Less Sports
80% of cases of back pain due to poor elasticity (tone) of muscle or lack of exercise. Muscle weakness, especially in the abdominal area, certainly not able to contribute back to the max.
4. Injuries and muscle tension
The twist, bend or lift heavy loads that are not done correctly, will cause tension in the muscle or ligament injury. The same thing can occur due to sudden movement in the exercise, such as when changing or direction.
5. Osteoarthritis
The aging process causes the discs out (protruding) from the proper place and produce such new bone growth spurs that cause inflammation of the joints accompanied by pain. Posture and good spinal care can usually suppress it.
